Here’s what works – and what doesn’t

I deeply appreciated the friendly host who went out of her way to accommodate us with parking! The room was well-equipped and perfectly located just a short walk to all the attractions.

While it was a lovely stay, the payment process requires cash only, which wasn’t initially clear to us. On the downside, sound insulation could be improved.

No laundry facilities on-site!!! Hot water shortage in winter. just turning up the heat on the tank isn't a practical solution for everyone!!! Weak air conditioning made my stay uncomfortable at times.

Perfect Location Near Everything!

Wow, just wow! This spot is legit 5 mins to Old Town & Mogren Beach, which is the best beach. Plus, tons of shops nearby. The host was super chill and always around to help. The place was spotless. The furniture is a bit dated, but all worked fine. Would've loved a better breakfast option.

I loved the short stroll to the old town about 700 meters away and the beautiful park views by the beach just a short walk from my comfortable room with a balcony, where I relaxed in the fresh air.

I had a great stay in a spacious room with a nice balcony. The location was perfect-just a short walk to the old town and beaches. It was clean and offered good value for money. The owner was friendly and provided wonderful service. Highly recommend! 😊

Had a fantastic stay! The cleanliness was top-notch, and I loved the cozy balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The WiFi was impressively fast, which was a bonus.

I had a great experience here when Lidija, the owner, helped me out by offering a ride to the bus station. The garden area was a calming spot to relax, and I loved enjoying breakfast on the balcony. The only thing was that the WiFi could be spotty at times, but overall it was a cozy stay! 😊

The location is really good, just 5 minutes to the Old Town and the best beach in the area. Our host Lidija was always available, friendly and ready to help us with anything we needed, it felt like we were well taken care of.

It was a bit pricey but still worth it for what you get.

It was a strong match for a city escape in Budva with great value for the money. My room had a nice little courtyard that was perfect for relaxation. Just make sure to bring your own coffee or tea.

i had a very good stay at guest house vila bak. the single room with private bathroom was equipped with everything i needed, including AC and a kettle. the little courtyard and garden looked lovely, perfect for lounging. amazing value for money, especially being in such a quiet area.
